Our dedicated team recruit for permanent positions and temporary assignments across the world. What we do
Adapt Executives have a bespoke candidate management system designed to broadcast client vacancies across a broad range of media, reaching a wide talent pool. Our experienced consultants search our extensive in house database and are able to advertise on 25 Internet Job Sites if required. Those sites in turn have affiliates which extend our advertising to a further 40 sites including many industry specialist sites. We can post vacancies on social media including our Facebook page, Twitter and LinkedIn. The response generated is typically vast, however our systems enable us to acknowledge every application and give constructive feedback to unsuccessful applicants. We can respond to every application. Our experienced consultants can review CVs, interview short listed candidates, qualify suitability, test a range of skills, take up references and submit to you only the candidates who match your criteria.
